Admission by role and evidence
Named circular-magnet role, traceable primary evidence, explicit status and a useful sourcing or monitoring question. There is no record-count ceiling or universal tonnage threshold.
Public service offers
An explicit magnet purchase, collection, treatment or technology offer can qualify without published annual tonnage. Keep material state, acceptance conditions, geography and contact. Free capacity and price need separate confirmation.
Material routes & lots
Report contractual and physical stages independently. A sourcing alert needs material identity, quantity and period, schedule, control authority, receiving conditions and verified third-party availability. An exclusive contract is a bound route.
Long-term stock
Keep model-supported wind equipment in a separate context view. Age and installed MW do not establish magnet mass or an accessible return. Consumer material qualifies through a named controlled collection point.
Unknown quantity stays unknown. Manufacturing output, cumulative stock, equipment potential, batch limits and annual operating throughput remain separate. Size can help filter records; it does not establish access.
Dates and quantities
A page access date, criteria review, publication date and physical milestone are different. A fresh source check does not confirm current performance of an old contract. Missing annual quantity stays unknown.
All 205 previous facility/asset records were reclassified. The audit now contains 209 facility/asset rows. Thirty primary/counterparty pages were checked for selected new or disputed facts; previous fields retain their own source-check dates. The researched collection is not a complete market census.
